Jim's Food Shack is a dinner only, carry-out establishment. NEW SUMMER HOURS: Open Tuesday thru Saturday We offer scrumptious homecooked meals made from scratch daily. Come try our mouth-watering Slow Smokin' Pulled Pork, Ribs or BBQ Chicken served every Saturday night, or Sizzlin' Fajitas and Chipotle Chicken Burritos on Thursday. Friday will tantalize your tastebuds with Cajun food -- Jumpin' Jambalaya, Gumbo and Po Boy sandwiches! Tuesday will bring out the Italian in you with Grilled Chicken Fettucine Alfredo and Maria's Four Cheese Lasagna. Wednesday is Roasted to Perfection Pork Loin and Herb Roasted Chicken with all the trimmings...mmm,mmm good.

Our daughter was recently married, and we had a reception for almost 350 people. Jim catered for us, and we couldn't have been happier. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was superb! He worked with us so well to meet all of our needs. It was all well presented, ready on time, and served with ease. We would definitely recommend Jim's catering to anyone. Jim has catered our annual ministry banquet for the past two years. I just have one word—awesome! Jim catered a Passover meal at our church for over 500 people. Many people who “Didn’t like lamb” were surprised to find that they did! Jim has done many other meals for us here at Brookville road community church, and I must say we are always very pleased. |
